While the aircraft that went missing on January 4 carrying Vittorio Missoni, his wife Maurizia Castiglioni, and two other passengers still has not been found, a piece to the puzzle has emerged. Another plane coincidentally carrying four passengers, which also disappeared in the same area (off the coast of Venezuela) on the exact same date but in 2008, was recently found by a search ship, Sea Scout survey ship. The Let L-410 jet was 900 meters below sea level near the coast of Los Roques. Perhaps this can give the Missonis some hope that answers are near as Sea Scout survey ship will continue to hunt for the aircraft carrying Vittorio and crew.
